What the service fee includes
This is our complete service coordination fee. It covers private planning, booking coordination, bilingual concierge management and on-the-ground execution.
What is quoted separately
Medical examinations or treatment, hospital charges, accommodation, vehicles, meals, tickets and other third-party services are not included and will be quoted separately.

What the service fee includes

What is quoted separately
Medical examinations or treatment, hospital charges, accommodation, vehicles, meals, tickets and other third-party services are not included and will be quoted separately.
For four guests, choose Private Journey for one shared coordination stream, or Private Group Journey for parallel schedules or group operations. If you are unsure, ask us on WhatsApp before paying.
Full-refund commitment
If we are unable to arrange your itinerary for reasons attributable to us, your service coordination fee will be refunded in full.
These custom coordination services apply to requests made more than 48 hours before the service start time. Requests made within 48 hours are not accepted.
